Worry Casters

Worry casters go away from me!
God says tomorrow I will see
That all is under His demands
He’ll be honored through His plans.

Worry casters go find your place
In the natural state of the human race.
Don’t dig in your roots and torment my soul.
I’m hidden in Christ and under His control.

You bind up tomorrow with your tormenting words
And seep my heart into putrid curds.
Your doubtful eyes lead me astray;
Forgetting that God has planned my way.

You rob me of peace at every turn
Such satanic tools should ever burn.
Questions you cast abandon true faith
And shackle my heart against hell’s gate.

Your words dance to the rhythm of flames
For speaking your mind you’ll take the blame.
Sugar coated with “concern” –its all deception
Being used for evil at a thoughts conception.

Bridle your tongue and watch what you say
Lest you be used by Satan to lead one astray.
Faith comes by hearing- you have your command
To speak words of life when you don’t understand.

The ways of God are not for sale
To your beckonings of worry through the gates of hell.
Worry caster, purge your worries and let them rot.
Within the grin of the evil plot.

Splintering my soul with your doubts of divine
Rushes my heart into a deadly decline.
Running hard after truth away from your snare
I chase after peace and of the truth I’m aware.

You curse the way of the righteous man
Robbing my soul of the hopeful plan.
The grieves of God you’ll account for
So love with your words and sin no more.
